This is a fantastic infographic explaining how bad carbs can be for you. I’ve tried to explain this to many people in person, but a flowchart makes it so much easier. Thanks to Massive Health for designing it.

I wish someone had told me this when I was 18 years old. 

Rick, I’m right there with you. About 6 weeks ago I started a food diary and had a friend who is a nutritionist take a look at it. “Too many calories from carbohydrates” was his observation, so I’ve been working with him to reduce my carbohydrate intake to less than 50 grams a day. So far, so good.
